IT Support - Field Engineering

I'm keen to speak to IT Support professionals with 2+ years' experience in Helpdesk Support on behalf of my client, a scale-up IT Consultancy with offices across Ireland. This position will involve ensuring the Helpdesk division runs effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years' experience in a relative Helpdesk Support position
• Experience of installing and supporting multiple versions of Windows Server
• Experience with Microsoft/Office 365 Applications
• Sound networking experience, preferably with exposure to firewall configuration and management
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders
