Junior Software Engineer

Fully Remote (EU)

A leading multinational payments company is seeking a whole new, fully remote team of Software Engineers to join their European Tech wing.

The main programming language for this role is C# with .NET however, having strong OOP experience in other languages will be beneficial. This company have a wide, varied product suite and are planning to modernise, rationalise and integrate their diverse systems wherever they can, so are interested in developers with excellent OOP fundamentals, rather than a focus on any one particular language. 
 

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of Software Engineering experience commercially
• Strong academic record or equivalent experience
• Experience developing web-based applications through the entire SDLC
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of objective-orientated principle
• Experience with at least one OOP language - C#, .NET, Java, Python
• Strong relational database knowledge and extensive SQL experience
• Experience with Design Patterns, Refactoring and OO Design
