IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Contractor to join our client's team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our client's employees, ensuring that their systems are maintained and their IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues, covering desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Maintain and manage user accounts, email accounts, and security groups.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and functionality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
