IT Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a versatile IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support services to end-users, both remotely and on-site. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle PC-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and desk-side support services to end-users, troubleshooting PC-related problems via phone, remote tools, or on-site assistance.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot PC and laptop applications and hardware components.
• Perform ad-hoc deployment and on-site installation of workstation hardware and software.
• Coordinate workstation asset recovery and maintain workstation spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a Technical Support role
• Strong technical knowledge of desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
