Level 3 Support Engineer

Our client is currently seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a knowledge expert on the Microsoft Suite, providing support for complex requests and delivering training sessions to internal teams.
• Provide Level 3 incident support and collaborate with support vendors for root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Work as part of an InTune Project team to configure, migrate, and support successful adoption.
• Review and implement software rollout opportunities using Intune/SCCM

Must-Have Experience:

• 4+ years in a Level 3 support capacity.
• 7+ years supporting the Microsoft Suite with expertise in O365, SharePoint, InTune, and Azure,
• Hands-on experience in IT skills such as Group Policies, AD, SCCM, and VMware
• Experience with Windows 11 rollouts and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
