Test Engineer - SDET

Our client prides themselves in their innovation within the software market and are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test for a 6-month contract role based in Galway.

This role will allow you to work as part of a large creative team within an exciting industry and offers a daily rate of €475 per day as well as hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the overall R&D team to complete the overall testing of the new project.
• Prepare, deliver and record automated test cases and test plans
• Lead a team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project
• Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectives

Requirements:

• Proven test planning, recording and analysing experience
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages
• Experience of leading a testing team
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development
