Desktop Support Engineer

We're looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our client's team in Dublin. As part of their dynamic environment, you'll provide crucial support for our desktop computing environment, ensuring seamless operation for all users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for Windows and Mac systems, IP phones, video conferencing equipment, iOS, and Android devices.
• Perform basic tasks in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange administration.
• Install, troubleshoot, and configure new technology equipment and address issues with printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Assist in user and hardware movements and support users with technology-related problems.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Have previous experience in a busy IT environment.
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MAC client operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrate basic computer networking skills for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
