IT Network Manager

My client in the West of Ireland is looking for an IT Network Manager to take the lead in the design and build of critical network infrastructure solutions - you will work closely with global teams, providers, and vendors, reporting to the Head of Networks.

This is a daily rate contract role - mostly remote so will suit anyone in Ireland, however, some flexibility will be needed for travel and out-of-hours cover.

Functional Knowledge & Technical Experience In:

• Infrastructure Architecture
• Cloud Based Networking
• Automation & Infrastructure Security
• Remote Access (VPN, OnPrem, Cloud/SaaS)
• IP & Directory Services
• Previous experience as an IT Manager, with a demonstrated background in Network Design/Infrastructure
• Previous experience leading teams / managing groups of engineers
• Ideally have some experience with DevOps / Agile methodology
• Certifications in PaloAlto, Cisco, AWS/Azure, Enterprise Networking etc
