Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of automation tasks with a high level of complexity and cloud architecture within Salesforce.
Advocate for a DevOps culture and best practices, both internally with our client and their customers
Design and implement robust DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and architects to estimate work efforts and story-pointing required for each phase of an agile project.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to peers, less experienced engineers, and client personnel.
Identify, qualify, and raise technical risks and issues, troubleshooting problems and automating responses for recurrent issues.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or relevant years of experience)
5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce Platform in Development.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Release Management and sandbox management.
Proven experience managing Salesforce DevOps processes with multiple companies and departments
Extensive experience in the implementation and design of CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with tools such as GIT, Jenkins, AutoRABIT, Copado, Flosum, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Salesforce DX, or equivalent.
Experience delivering Agile-based projects through collaboration with multiple functional and/or technical teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
