NetSuite Administrator

Are you an experienced NetSuite Administrator looking to take on a new challenge at a rapidly growing manufacturing firm in New York?

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical expertise and configuration:
  • Provide expert NetSuite knowledge for configuration, customisation, and technical management.
  • Develop and maintain integration processes, scripting, and best practices.
• Application management:
  • Manage smooth upgrades and deploy customisations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Recommend system changes and enhancements based on operational requirements.
• Change Management and collaboration:
  • Track changes and collaborate with teams to capture new processes efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues
• User Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain user roles and access privileges, ensuring data security.
  • Create and distribute complex reports and dashboards based on user roles.
• Data management:
  • Implement new data points and maintain master data lists for accuracy.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent/related IT field experience is required.
• Active NetSuite Certification, as well as Suite Script certification
• Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience, with a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Experience with iPass/ Integration Platform is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with follow-up is required
• Project management skills required to manage external development consultants
