We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a global healthcare services firm. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support services for my client's service offerings and products.
Duties:
- Handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls
- Provide first-line support on a rotational basis
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products
- Utilising ticketing systems
- Reporting to the Application Support Lead regarding support efficiency and issues affecting the utilisation of the client's software
- Understanding Soteria as a product to optimise customer support
- Maintaining Compliance with business processes and policies
- Supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites
- Developing strong knowledge of used Software applications including configuration, mapping and new releases
Requirements:
- Professional experience in software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain
- Experience in product or service support to customers
- Experience with Jira or similar software is a distinct advantage
- Experience with Freshdesk and Word/Excel
