Application Support Analyst

We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a global healthcare services firm. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support services for my client's service offerings and products.

Duties:

  • Handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide first-line support on a rotational basis
  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products
  • Utilising ticketing systems
  • Reporting to the Application Support Lead regarding support efficiency and issues affecting the utilisation of Soteria
  • Understanding Soteria as a product to optimise customer support
  • Maintaining Compliance with business processes and policies
  • Supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites
  • Developing strong knowledge of used Software applications including configuration, mapping and new releases

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain
  • Experience in product or service support to customers
  • Experience with Jira or similar software is a distinct advantage
  • Experience with Freshdesk and Word/Excel
