IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Windows-based infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our server and cloud environments.

About the Role:

• Provide expert-level support for Windows-based systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement and support server and cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing measures to enhance reliability and protect against threats.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Windows technologies, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that IT systems meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Windows technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
