A new opportunity has opened up for a Big Data Engineer to join my global client, based in Dublin, Ireland. This is an initial 12-month contract with great potential to extend.
My client are looking for a strong data engineer to join the team to work closely with senior management and stakeholders on specific client projects.
This role is 2-3 days/week onsite in Dublin centre (some flex), and you must be based in Ireland.
Required skills:
- 5+ Years Experience as a Big Data Engineer
- 5+ Years Experience with Big Data technologies
- Hands-on Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem
- Strong Cloudera experience - 4+years
- Python, Scala or Java
- Orchestration tools
- Kafka
For contractual reasons, candidates for consideration must be based in Ireland.
