Software Engineering Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Technical Leadership of the software development team.
- Day-to-day guidance of the team to ensure development is on track.
- Recruitment of top talent to build out your Engineering team.
- Collaborate with other Engineering Leads to meet business goals while delivering high-quality service to your customers.
- Actively lead in the career development of your team via appraisals, 1-2-1's, and mentoring.
Software Engineering Manager - Required Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in software development across C and C++ with experience at the driver and kernel module layer.
- Expertise in software development principles and processes including debugging, design, and implementation.
- Experience in Test Automation and CICD processes.
- Prior experience developing cybersecurity products is desirable.
- Proven track record in recruiting top talent to build out your engineering team.
- Ability to cultivate a creative and collaborative culture.
