An intriguing opportunity to work in a software company that are at the forefront of emerging technology.
They are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to help with the enhancement of the Security function within Infrastructure and Software Development.
This is a very hands role and will require you to have a lot of experience within the cloud and security infrastructure space.
This DevSecOps Engineering position will be hands-on and will require you to have a solid understanding of areas of infrastructure including security, networking, systems, storage, and virtualization. With a traditional background, you will also have developed or worked with modern automation/integration tools.
DevSecOps Engineer Requirements
- Experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Automation, Incident Response, Security Audits
- Worked within a DevOps or DevSecOps position
- A background in EKS or Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS from a security perspective
- A solid understanding of Linux administration
- Knowledge of an object-oriented or functional programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Strong understanding of networking and security
