IT Support Engineer

Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support on a global scale for our client's end users
• Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure
• Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimise recurring issues and enhance overall system stability

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess relevant industry certifications
• Have more than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
• Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory and SCCM
• Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure
