Our client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support for on-site and remote teams in a multinational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support on a global scale for our client's end users
- Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure
- Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimise recurring issues and enhance overall system stability
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess relevant industry certifications
- Have more than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
- Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory and SCCM
- Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure
