An innovative Software Development company are in the market for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee several development and implementation projects.
Internally, you will be required to manage a cross-functional team, whilst externally you will need to interact with key stakeholders on the client side. Using your previous SDLC experience, you will be required to implement effective practices using relevant agile methodologies. You will also be required to manage all project plans, timelines and budgets.
Finally, you will be required to manage all team members' performances as well as the overall project performance, resolving issues and increasing efficiency as the process progresses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT or Project Management field
- Project Management certification is desirable (PMP/Prince 2/SCRUM)
- 3+ years of IT Project Management experience (SDLC and implementation)
- Experience in People and Change Management
