Our client is actively seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician for a contract position, emphasizing both technical expertise and effective communication abilities to uphold smooth ICT operations.
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Offer 2nd level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
- Aid in the rollout of Desktop OS and applications, including testing and documentation.
- Assist in IT and business projects such as SharePoint administration and endpoint security configuration.
Desktop Support Engineer Requirements:
- Possession of industry certifications and relevant experience is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
