NetSuite Administrator

My client is a leading manufacturing company based in Knoxville, TN seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join their team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely for the most part, with occasional visits to the office required for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 end-to-end NetSuite implementation under their belt and previous experience working within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the NetSuite system to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Develop and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations within NetSuite to meet business requirements
• Provide day-to-day support and training to end users on NetSuite functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and solutions
• Maintain system documentation and conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity
• Stay current on NetSuite updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve system usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
• NetSuite certification is a plus
• Experience with at least 1 end-to-end NetSuite implementation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Flexibility to travel to the office for meetings and events as needed
