NetSuite Admin

A well-established retail firm in the Charlotte metro area is seeking a seasoned NetSuite Administrator to join their team. This role is hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in the office, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with the distribution, e-commerce, and inventory modules in NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain NetSuite applications, including customizations, configurations, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite functionality for retail operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of the system
• Implement and manage system upgrades and enhancements
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite distribution, e-commerce, and inventory modules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• NetSuite Certification is a plus
