We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience or background in cybersecurity/compliance/network security/ or similar industry. This will be a remote role to handle the Southeast territory. 

Preferably, we are looking for someone in North Carolina or along the Southeast (Virginia - down). This is role will have some travel to it as well. Please review the Responsibilities and Qualifications below:

Pre-Sales Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of technology/solution offerings provided by the company
  • Take on large named accounts assigned to you, and partner with AE on each account (Fortune 500)
  • Work with potential new clientele to bring them across the finish line with the Enterprise AE team
  • Engage in the technical support with current clientele with any open tickets/escalating cases, and take new requirements to product teams
  • Conduct weekly meetings with customers to train, support, or show new offerings
  • Build strong personal relationships with the key stakeholders with their named accounts
  • Oversee and write RFPs for net new business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling a cybersecurity, network security, compliance, IAM, or similar offering
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to speak on your knowledge of cloud/networking
  • Have experience handling over 50+ accounts
  • Experience with conducting complex technical demonstrations to large enterprise customers
