NetSuite Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Netsuite Administrator to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Netsuite implementations, customizations, and integrations with a specific emphasis on inventory, supply chain modules, and manufacturing functionalities to meet the unique requirements of our clients based in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Netsuite Administration: Manage and maintain Netsuite applications, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize Netsuite modules related to inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing to align with client requirements.
• Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Netsuite and third-party applications using SuiteScript, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Netsuite, including data migration, cleansing, and ongoing data maintenance tasks.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to Netsuite end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to improve user proficiency.
• System Optimization: Continuously optimize Netsuite configurations and processes related to inventory management, supply chain operations, and manufacturing workflows.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Netsuite configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator, preferably with a focus on inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.
• Strong proficiency in Netsuite administration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement Netsuite integrations with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Netsuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
