NetSuite Developer

We are seeking a talented Netsuite Developer to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Netsuite solutions, focusing on inventory, supply chain modules, and manufacturing functionalities to meet the specific needs of our clients based in Florida.

NetSuite Developer Responsibilities:

• Netsuite Development: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Netsuite, with a focus on inventory management, supply chain operations, and manufacturing workflows.
• Customization and Scripting: Utilize SuiteScript (JavaScript-based scripting language) to customize Netsuite functionalities, including Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Client Scripts.
• Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between Netsuite and external systems using SuiteTalk (Netsuite's SOAP-based web services), RESTlets, and other integration tools.
• Data Migration and Management: Assist in data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data transferred into Netsuite. Implement data management processes to maintain data quality over time.
• System Optimization: Continuously optimize Netsuite configurations and processes to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Netsuite customizations, integrations, and development projects.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Developer, with a focus on inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience with SuiteTalk and RESTful web services for Netsuite integrations.
• Strong understanding of Netsuite data model, workflows, and business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Netsuite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
