NetSuite Consultant

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Netsuite Consultant to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netsuite implementation and optimization, with expertise in inventory, supply chain modules, and manufacturing functionalities to serve our clients based in Pennsylvania.

NetSuite Consultant Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, providing expert guidance on how Netsuite solutions can address their needs, particularly in the areas of inventory management, supply chain optimization, and manufacturing workflows.
2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with Netsuite capabilities and best practices.
3. Solution Design: Design Netsuite solutions tailored to meet client requirements, leveraging standard Netsuite functionalities, customizations, and integrations to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
4. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Netsuite modules to align with client needs, including but not limited to CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and SuiteCommerce Advanced, with a focus on inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing functionalities.
5. Implementation Support: Provide support throughout the Netsuite implementation process, including system setup, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support to ensure a successful deployment.
6. System Optimization: Analyze client workflows and business processes within Netsuite, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Implement best practices to optimize Netsuite configurations and processes accordingly.
7. User Training and Adoption: Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on Netsuite functionalities and best practices, fostering user adoption and proficiency within the system.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Netsuite configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes for both internal and client reference.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Netsuite Consultant, with a focus on inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of Netsuite functionalities, configurations, and customization capabilities.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and client consultation in a Netsuite implementation context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Netsuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Consultant) are a plus.
