Reperio Human Capital is helping a client to hire a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with key stakeholders to develop, refine and enhance their CRM tool which contains revenue data critical to the company.
Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions from conception to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for feature development
- Design and Implement new features within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Customize Salesforce elements including fields, layouts and reports
- Establish and uphold testing and debugging of applications
- Provide technical documentation and training
- Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices for application
- Fulfill additional Salesforce-related tasks as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Certified Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in media organizations preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce, custom UI development, and Lightning Web Components
- Skilled in API integration with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce data model and custom object creation
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and communicate complex requirements
- Ability to offer both technical and business solutions to requests
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Up-to-date with technology trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Mulesoft Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Experience with SOQL, Apex, Java, and web technologies preferred
