Our client is a cutting-edge technology solution provider in search of a ServiceNow Administrator. They specialize in revolutionizing businesses through the implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring system stability, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and guidance to end users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical specifications, and user guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.
- Familiarity with AWS technology.
- Self-starter, eager to learn new skills and latest innovations.
