Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician in Dublin, Ireland.
This position is on a contract basis and values both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Desktop Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for Windows and Mac operating systems, IP phones, video conferencing equipment, iOS, and Android devices.
- Perform basic Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a busy IT organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Mac client operating systems, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
