Position Overview:

As a key player in the public sector, our client is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional services to the public. They are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support the organization's mission-critical functions. Experience working in an Agile environment is essential, as the candidate will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to support public sector initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on application development and customization.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies, and UI actions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, following Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
