Senior Data Engineer (AWS)

Reperio have partnered with an up-and-coming SME that operates within the transportation industry. They are looking to introduce a Senior Data Engineer skilled in the AWS stack to join their innovative team and revolutionize the way they leverage data. 

Potential candidates will be expected to architect, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines on the AWS cloud platform. Their expertise will drive efficiency and unlock the power of data-driven strategies, empowering their organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

AWS Data Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Data Engineer with strong proficiency in AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR).
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with data manipulation frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Spark).
• Deep understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• AWS certification(s) (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty) is a plus.
