ServiceNow Administrator

ServiceNow Administrator Overview: 

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. You will play a vital role in optimizing and maintaining the health of their ServiceNow platform. As they are expanding their operations, they need a ServiceNow Administrator with a focus on optimizing performance, implementing best practices, and continuous improvement.

Location: 

This position is remote, but candidates must reside in VA, NC, SC, FL, TN, or GA to be considered for the position

ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including IT, development, and business units, to gather requirements, implement changes, and support ongoing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, leveraging JavaScript and other scripting languages.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow users and stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience developing integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
