My client is seeking to hire a talented Salesforce Operations Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. 

As a Salesforce Operations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving utilization and enhancements for Salesforce and other business tools. Your focus will be on supporting efficient onboarding processes for new business through automation. 

Key Responsibilities of the Salesforce Operations Consultant:

  1. Liaison with Technology and Business Teams: Represent Operations as a liaison between technology, sales, legal, and business teams to ensure that Salesforce meets business needs.
  2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Take ownership of UAT in collaboration with Salesforce Technology, development teams, external partners, and QA teams.
  3. Enhancement Launch and Communication: Manage the launch and communication of all Salesforce enhancements and migrations to ensure business readiness.
  4. Enhancement Prioritization: Act as a single point of contact for enhancement ideas from Operations Business owners. Develop use case stories, collaborate with Salesforce Analysts, and work with other business units to prioritize enhancements.
  5. Business Case Development: Partner with Operations Leaders to build solid business cases, considering financial impact and ROI.
  6. Regular Updates: Share regular updates with Operations Senior Business Leaders.
  7. Process Automation: Think creatively to identify and develop business process automation ideas that improve delivery time for new business.
  8. Technical Ownership: Assist with technical ownership of Salesforce integrations with other technologies, including the Support Portal, RPA, Google CCAI Contact Center AI, Entitlement Master, and other relevant solutions.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days remote
  • Experience managing technical projects or teams.
  • Technical-focused curriculum or relevant experience.
  • Prior Salesforce work experience or familiarity with related tools and processes.
  • Skill in effectively assessing customer audiences and adjusting communication style and tone.
  • Collaborative team player.
