We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a digital transformation software company that is in hyper growth mode this year. You'd be a part of the growing Enterprise Account Management team that focuses purely on the post-sales pipeline. You will work on specific accounts and partner up with a Sales Engineer to ensure you are supported when chatting with current clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to keep updated on new features and product offering updates to bring back to clients
- Create upsell/cross-sell/and renewal opportunities for your assigned book of strategic accounts that have been passed on from the enterprise AE team
- Become an expert on the solutions offered by the company to give new solutions to current clients and expand their accounts
- Team up with a Sales Engineer to present technology to current clientele
- Utilize your sales skills to create long, lasting relationships with your book of business
- Ability to manage a book of business of over 50+ accounts
- Manage over 1M+ in revenue worth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a client-facing role: Solution Engineer, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Ability to travel 20% of the year
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Background in B2B sales, preferably in software
Compensation:
- 80K base to 90K base with uncapped commissions.
- Expected OTE 100 to 120K+
