As a key member of their Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of a groundbreaking ERP Project.

Lead Technical Project Manager Role:

As the Lead Technical Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of our technical team, ensuring that every aspect of our ERP Project aligns with our vision for success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data migration, spearheading business intelligence (BI) development, optimizing infrastructure, managing interfaces, and leveraging cutting-edge market interaction technologies. With your expertise in project management and technical leadership, you'll ensure that all components are not just functional, but fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, driving collaboration and excellence in project delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Drive the development of business intelligence solutions, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Optimize infrastructure to support the scalability and efficiency of our ERP Project.
• Manage interfaces between various systems and stakeholders, fostering seamless communication and integration.
• Stay abreast of market interaction technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance our project's effectiveness.
• Oversee planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
• Oversee planning and implementation of market interaction technologies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
• Managing delegated resources

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Delivered ERP projects
• Proven experience managing projects related to Data Migration
• Strong understanding of BI Development and BI Tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Sound understanding of data management principles and best practices, especially ETL processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice-to-have:

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in the energy sector
