ServiceNow Business Analyst Role Overview: 

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional solutions and services to its customers. As they continue to grow, they're seeking a talented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving the success of our ServiceNow initiatives. They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and customization options.
• Continual communication with clients to ensure clarity on product updates.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of ServiceNow configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• 5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform
• CAD (preferred)
• Must have clear and effective communication skills
• BA/BS degree in a related field
