We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join a scaling asset management software company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with the enterprise's existing clients, as well as identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services in your assigned vertical.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver regular account status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with a Sales Engineer to showcase new technology, updated software, and potential add-ons

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management or sales - customer success is also a great fit
  • Background in SaaS, IoT, MSP, or similar company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Willingness to travel as needed (20%~ for the year)
