Field Project Engineer

On-site across Tipperary, Kilkenny and Waterford

We are seeking to hire a Project Engineer on behalf of our client, an IT Solutions provider with operations across Ireland. This role will involve working with clients to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

Field Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Engineers on large-scale projects
• Documenting client networks
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and customising Microsoft Office Suite and third-party applications
• Hardware Support

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working for an MSP
• Experience with Windows desktop OS
• Experience with routers and firewalls, preferably FortiGate/Fortinet
• Knowledge of wireless technologies
• Experience in project planning with third-party suppliers
• Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet or Dell certifications
