NetSuite Administrator

In this role, you'll leverage your extensive background in IT, Technology Project Management, and NetSuite Administration to streamline their operations and optimize systems for maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Netsuite Administration to configure and customize the platform to meet the unique needs of our client's shipping company.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize your expertise in Openair, Certify, Hubspot, and Salesforce to enhance integrated system capabilities.
• Independently manage projects, demonstrating the ability to operate efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Use data analysis to inform decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, translating business requirements into actionable product specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite Administration; Certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Openair, Certify, Hubspot, and Salesforce preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to interact successfully with staff at all levels.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise product specifications.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and structured thinking in problem-solving.
