About The ServiceNow Developer Role:

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service to their clients. They are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join the team and contribute to the success of their ServiceNow initiatives. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in developing and customizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, along with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules, to meet business requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules to automate and streamline business processes.
Work closely with other members of the ServiceNow team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on developing and customizing solutions within the platform.
Familiarity with ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
