As a Business Development Manager (BDR Manager), you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive sales growth and pipeline expansion. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to identify and engage with potential customers, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue objectives.
BDR Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed their individual and team targets.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor team performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enable BDRs to excel in their roles and advance their careers.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
