Desktop Support Engineer

Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.

Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
  • Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
  • Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to software and hardware promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
  • Previous experience working withing a Financial Services Company
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS and Citrix.
