Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
- Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
- Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to software and hardware promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
- Previous experience working withing a Financial Services Company
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS and Citrix.
