What's it like to work in Reperio?

When did you start Reperio?

"I joined Reperio in September 2018 as a Marketing Executive. I was surprised how quickly I settled in and looking back, I think a big part of the reason for this was how friendly all the staff were and the relaxed office environment. As a result, staff very quickly end up becoming friends rather than colleagues.

Fast forward to 2023, I am now the Marketing Manager for Reperio. The company has grown a lot since I first started, including the opening of two new international offices, one in Raleigh, North Carolina and the other in Tampa, Florida."

What is the company culture like?

"Reperio’s culture is unique and an important aspect of the company. Staff aren’t afraid to have the craic in the office, but at the same time they remain professional in their work – it’s a very strange day when staff aren’t having a laugh about something!

We socialise regularly outside of work, from attending social events to going on company holidays together! I remember my first Reperio social night out, the company hired out a private booth in the SSE arena to watch the Belfast Giants. This was such a good way to really get to know colleagues outside of the normal work environment.

There have been many more nights out since then, including the Beer Bike, Bingo Loco & lunch clubs, just to name a few!

Reperio Perks

What are some of the perks?

"The Directors treat us all well. For example, the beer fridge opens every day at 5pm, there is pizza for lunch on the last Friday of the month and there are usually sweets and chocolate in the office (blink and you could miss the Freddos).

Also, there are some great incentives to hit targets. For example, in July 2019, a group of us headed off to Malaga for the weekend. Since this holiday I have also travelled to Palma, London, Amsterdam & Miami.

Holidays

Not only does Reperio treat their staff well, they also care about your professional development. Since I started Reperio, I have attended several interesting training events and conferences. This is important to ensure that I am keeping up with the latest trends in the field of Marketing."

What do you like most about working in Reperio?

"Without a doubt the best part of working in Reperio is the people, and I could confidently say this is probably the same for the majority of people in the office. You spend a significant amount of time with your colleagues so it is important that you are able to get on with them and have a laugh. It also makes the working day easier and go a lot faster.

I also really enjoy my role, being given the freedom to be creative, as well as the responsibility and autonomy to make decisions. Marketing in general is an ever-evolving field, there is always new things to learn and things to improve on which keeps it interesting."

What advice would you give someone considering applying?

"My advice is to go for it, but only if you are committed to hard work. All you have to do is check Reperio’s Glassdoor reviews to see that this is the case, particularly for the Recruitment Consultants.

It is also a great time to join because the company is growing rapidly.
