Senior Scrum Master

A Tech Firm based in Dublin are in the market for an experienced Scrum Master who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth development process, enabling learning and removing obstacles for the teams. You must have a strong personality, working with the teams to enable clear communication and a collaborative Scrum environment. You will be required to support the Product Owner and the rest of the team in delivering high-quality software and assisting in backlog management. This role will require the successful candidate to coach and facilitate team processes to achieve a reliable and consistent delivery. Finally, you will be responsible for resolving any conflicts within the team and continually communicating any changes to the project's stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Scrum Master Certification
• Excellent Communication skills
• Previous Software Development experience is desirable
