Meet the Team

After graduating from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Business Management in 2021, I decided to pursue a career within the recruitment industry. Due to its fast-paced nature, I am able to constantly challenge myself and achieve my goals. 

My experience in working within the automotive industry and a number of retail environments has developed me into a competitive person. I have a desire to create and maintain healthy relationships with all prospective clients. 

Outside of work, I love going to the gym and going out with friends when possible. I also enjoy watching sports, particularly Manchester United (although not as much enjoyment in recent years!).

I graduated with a degree in Law, Politics and Philosophy from King’s College London in 2021. Throughout University, and over summers, I worked in several roles in sales and real estate. I am naturally competitive, enjoy a fast-paced environment and I am not afraid of hard work. With this in mind, I decided that recruitment was the career that suited me best and researched which companies in Ireland were growing the fastest and gave me the best opportunity to succeed. Reperio stood out, and I joined in November of the same year.

I played a lot of football growing up and watch a lot of it now. I’m a Man United fan, so I’m used to getting stick from just about anybody who isn’t! I also am a big movie buff and enjoy films from all eras, I similarly have an eclectic music taste, so a lot of my down time involves watching movies and going to gigs with my friends – plus, I’m always searching for the pub with the perfect playlist!

From working in hospitality for many years to making a jump into finance when I left school, I felt that I needed something more. When I found Reperio, I instantly knew that the interaction with different people and the competitive drive was something that I had been searching for.

My favourite aspect of IT Recruitment is creating relationships with both clients and candidates. I’m dedicated to regularly refreshing and updating my knowledge on the market to ensure that I am aware of upcoming trends.

Before working in Reperio, I spent 5 years working as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry. From working in a face-to-face role, I developed fantastic relationship building skills with clients, making sure I really understand what they need. I decided to take a step in my career towards recruitment as this will let me place the right candidate in the right job. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working in the automotive industry, but I am really excited to progress in my role at Reperio Human Capital!

Outside of work, I enjoy watching (and trying to play) football! I also love spending time with my family, friends, and my dog. I’m a massive foodie, so you’ll find me around bars and restaurants in Belfast!

I am a driven individual with a Degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing with over 6 years' experience in recruitment and further 8 years' experience in sales/customer service. 

Having spent most of my career within healthcare and temporary recruitment, I joined Reperio due to their excellent reputation and the opportunity to be able to work in a niche market, learning about QA and Testing recruitment and utilising my existing skill set.

Due to my love of helping others as well as having a strong competitive nature, I enjoy all aspects of recruitment, from helping candidates to find their ideal job to assisting clients with finding the perfect fit for their role.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball, spending time with my two dogs and volunteering for a charity that supports terminally ill and elderly people and their pets called Rosies Trust. To wind down after a busy day in the office, I also recently took up sea swimming which I have slowly grown to love!

Before joining Reperio, I gained a wealth of experience in Sales, Quality Assurance, Risk Analysis and Temporary Recruitment. I am a passionate and determined individual who enjoys expanding my skillset. This is what led me to IT Recruitment in Ireland.

I will be focusing on the Software QA Testing market and I am looking forward to making new connections with clients & candidates.

Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors, hiking and spending time with my friends and family. To unwind after a busy day, I enjoy reading as I am trying to complete reading a minimum of 12 books this year!

I have over 4 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, previously specializing in recruiting for Accounting & ERP talent, and I pride myself in connecting exceptional candidates with growing companies. I graduated from Florida State University in the Fall of 2016. I have been living in Tampa since August 2017 and I love calling Tampa my home. 

Outside of work, I enjoy watching Tampa Bay sports with friends and staying active. My passion is traveling, and I use upcoming trips as a motivating factor for me to do well before my next adventure.

I am a driven and hard-working recruitment professional with a degree in Economics and Finance, to go with four years of experience in the retail and restaurant industry. I enjoy being kept busy within a fast-paced environment as well as working as part of a team in order to hit targets and achieve common goals. 

I recently joined the Reperio team here in Tampa after making the move across the Atlantic from Dublin, as a Recruitment Resourcer and am very excited to see what the future has in store for me. I am willing to use my competitive mindset to my advantage to ensure that the beginning of my career in recruitment is a successful one. 

Outside of work, I enjoy both playing and watching a variety of sports such as golf, football and rugby, while also doing my best to come to terms with the four major sports over here in the US! In addition, I do my best to get to the gym from time to time.

After concluding my B.S.B.A in Marketing from East Carolina University, I pursued an award-winning career in investment real estate. Being a North Carolina native, I found myself wanting to branch into a new career and new challenges. 

 In my personal time, I find myself supporting local restaurants and brewers, while expanding my previous hospitality knowledge and diving into my local Raleigh community. I also love being outdoors, especially with my six-year-old terrier mix, Lilly! Some of my favorite outdoor experiences are going to the Outer Banks, Crowders Mountain and Sliding Rock!
