Meet the Team

From working in hospitality for many years to making a jump into finance when I left school, I felt that I needed something more. When I found Reperio, I instantly knew that the interaction with different people and the competitive drive was something that I had been searching for.

My favourite aspect of IT Recruitment is creating relationships with both clients and candidates. I’m dedicated to regularly refreshing and updating my knowledge on the market to ensure that I am aware of upcoming trends.

When I’m not helping you on your job search, I’m watching football or socialising!

I am a driven individual with a Degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing with over 6 years' experience in recruitment and further 8 years' experience in sales/customer service. 

Having spent most of my career within healthcare and temporary recruitment, I joined Reperio due to their excellent reputation and the opportunity to be able to work in a niche market, learning about QA and Testing recruitment and utilising my existing skill set.

Due to my love of helping others as well as having a strong competitive nature, I enjoy all aspects of recruitment, from helping candidates to find their ideal job to assisting clients with finding the perfect fit for their role.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball, spending time with my two dogs and volunteering for a charity that supports terminally ill and elderly people and their pets called Rosies Trust. To wind down after a busy day in the office, I also recently took up sea swimming which I have slowly grown to love!

I look forward to seeing what the future holds with Reperio. 

I am a driven and hard-working recruitment professional with a degree in Economics and Finance, to go with four years of experience in the retail and restaurant industry. I enjoy being kept busy within a fast-paced environment as well as working as part of a team in order to hit targets and achieve common goals. 

I recently joined the Reperio team here in Tampa after making the move across the Atlantic from Dublin, as a Recruitment Resourcer and am very excited to see what the future has in store for me. I am willing to use my competitive mindset to my advantage to ensure that the beginning of my career in recruitment is a successful one. 

Outside of work, I enjoy both playing and watching a variety of sports such as golf, football and rugby, while also doing my best to come to terms with the four major sports over here in the US! In addition, I do my best to get to the gym from time to time.

Previous to working in Reperio, I completed a degree in Business Management with Placement from Queens University Belfast. During my placement year, I worked as a trainee fund accountant for global hedge fund administrator based in Dublin.

After graduating from university and discovering recruitment as a career prospect, I immediately knew it was for me. I have always been a competitive person who enjoys socialising; therefore, finding a role that could foster these traits was of high importance. I look forward to building relationships with clients and candidates whilst being able to achieve my career goals as a Recruitment Consultant here in Reperio.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing football and going out with friends when I can! I also enjoy following Liverpool FC, the best team in the world!

After taking a few years away from recruitment to study, I am now back at Reperio, having previously worked here for almost 8 years.

I will be focusing on recruiting for the QA / Testing market here in Ireland. Having worked solely in this market for so long, I have an extensive network of contacts in this area, so whether you are looking for a new role for yourself, or trying to find the perfect candidate for a hard-to-fill role then I should be well positioned to help. 

After completing my A-Levels, I was fortunate enough to secure a degree apprenticeship with Deloitte Ireland as a Tax Advisor. While the experiece was invaluable, particularly in enhancing my communication and analytical skills, I discovered a passion for relationship-building and personal development after my first year. 

I take pride in fostering meaningful relationships and supporting others in reaching their full potential. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships is something I deeply value.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, playing guitar, and socialising with friends.
