Meet the Team

I began my 3rd level education with the intention of progressing into a career within the IT industry. After a number of years, I began to realise that I did not have the patience nor the mathematical brain needed to become a coder!

Having finished my degree in London, I decided that recruitment was the career for me. Starting at the bottom as a "Resourcer", I soon progressed into a Consultant, then Senior Consultant within the IT Contract division for one of the world's biggest technology recruitment firms. After this, I launched a new boutique recruitment firm in London before James and I joined forces to launch Reperio Human Capital.

Reperio Human Capital focuses primarily within Ireland, the UK and the US, as well as some select roles further afield. Our areas of expertise include Software Development, IT Infrastructure, IT Senior Appointments, IT Sales & Pre-Sales, Database & Analytics and Cyber Security, Audit & Risk. All of the consultants here work within a very small technical market which ensures they have a very good grasp of their field and can advise both candidates and clients on their best options.

Outside work I enjoy football, fishing, socialising and technology.

I'm an entrepreneurial and strategically astute Manager/Director who has extensive experience of recruiting for IT staff across Europe, having spent 6 years recruiting for Software Developers within the Investment Banking sector in London and later Frankfurt. As a co-founder of Reperio Human Capital, I now possess a first-class appreciation of the Irish IT market. 

Reperio Human Capital's reputation is built upon efficiency, honesty and a commitment to add value, given our expertise and consistency of delivery.

My role is to organically grow our business by recruiting, developing and training junior/experienced recruiters so that they can become the future leaders of our business.

After graduating from University, I was lucky enough to take some time to travel the world. This allowed me to interact with people with extremely varied backgrounds, which in turn has broadened my knowledge and the way I look at and treat life.

Brought up in a sales environment, I have a strong passion for creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and this is something I really value.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, photography and getting out for a few drinks.

I graduated with a Degree in Business Studies from Ulster University in 2018 and have been working within the Recruitment industry since. For the last two years of my career, I was primarily focused on recruiting for Construction and Building Maintenance roles. However, I was always interested in the internal side of Recruitment and so made the decision to move into a Talent Acquisition role with Reperio Human Capital.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, cooking and socialising with friends.

After graduating from University, I was fortunate enough to take some time to travel. This gave me the opportunity to work in many different areas and cultures, allowing me to develop a valuable skill set which is utilised every day. 

Being a keen sports enthusiast, with a professional rugby league background has gave me the edge, drive and passion which is needed in recruitment. Working in one of the UK’s most affluent cities, alongside some of the best CEOs that the sporting industry has to offer has allowed me to develop my sales, marketing and business development experience.

I joined the team at Reperio Human Capital in April 2015 as Office Manager. Within Reperio, I have the benefit of working closely with a small but growing team and assisting with the management of contract & permanent roles.

Reperio Human Capital is an exciting place to work, it is fast paced, stimulating and rewarding. No two days are the same!

Outside of work I enjoy camping and hiking.

I began my career with Reperio back in 2014 where I specialised in recruitment within the Microsoft .NET market. I moved on to work with a 'Big Four' consulting firm for two years before returning to Reperio to take on the role of Operations Manager.

It's great to see how Reperio has evolved, and it is an exciting time to be back as the business expands into new markets and regions. I'm looking forward to helping with this growth and taking on new responsibilities within the company. 

Motorsport and football are my main interests away from the office. At weekends, you'll find me competing around the country in the Irish Formula Vee racing championship or suffering through watching Everton attempt to play football.

Having grew up in the North coast, I lived beside some of the best scenic areas in Ireland, and began to take an interest in what the coast had to offer e.g. rock climbing, kayaking and coasteering. This enjoyment of the adventure lifestyle led me to my first role as an outdoor instructor, where I gained years of experience leading teams, managing situations and putting people outside their comfort zone in different environments. 

I then graduated from Queens University Belfast, with a Psychology (Hons) degree and transitioned into the life of a Recruitment Consultant. Understanding the processes behind what people want and how to get the most out of their experience and personality is what drives me. I have always been fascinated by technology and how things work – therefore I led the embedded/hardware and electronic recruitment market for Reperio Human Capital for several years.

With a strong background in recruitment and the IT market in Ireland, I have transitioned into an internal Human Resources role within Reperio. I am responsible for internal recruitment and training.

I first realised I had an interest in Marketing during my undergraduate degree in Business Management at Queen's University Belfast. I decided to see whether this interest could develop into a career path and as a result, I undertook an internship as a Communications Assistant for a local charity.

In this role, I quickly realised I had a passion for Marketing, particularly Digital Marketing. I enjoy content curation, content marketing and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in this constantly changing industry. 

As the Marketing Manager for Reperio Human Capital, I take great pride in being involved in this rapidly growing company and helping to promote it through digital marketing channels. 

In my spare time, I enjoy watching vloggers, reading and spending time with family, friends & my dogs.  

I am a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a degree in Business Studies and seven years of industry experience in retails, sales and management. My passion for working in fast-paced environments with endless opportunities led me to the field of recruitment, where I thrive on building rapport with clients and networking daily.

Recently promoted to USA Recruitment Manager at Reperio, I am excited to utilise my competitive attributes and implement my knowledge and skills to ensure success in my recruitment career. I am dedicated to helping clients find the right candidates and candidates find their perfect job opportunity.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and travelling when possible. I am also a keen Manchester United fan which is something I have had to create a thick skin for in Reperio!

Having graduated from University with a degree in Business Studies, I spent two years working in the Finance industry before leaving home to travel in Australia for two years. This travelling experience involved making many new connections and gaining new knowledge and skills along the way. On my return to Ireland, I wanted to put all of these skills to use and a career in recruitment was a perfect fit!

Coming from a competitive GAA family and playing Hurling myself, I am able to transfer my resilience and determination into the workplace. Working in recruitment allows me to draw on all of my talents and past experiences to provide the best service for my clients and candidates.

I joined Reperio Human Capital after working for the Public Prosecution Office as an Administrative Assistant for 2 years.  

Reperio stood out to me from the get-go, expressing a social workplace with a strong team like message, so I was delighted when I was offered the role of Office Executive!

As the Office Executive, I work closely with the rest of the Admin team, assisting our consultants every step of the way with any background Admin. This can be anything from drawing up contracts to generating reports – no one day is the same and we are constantly kept busy.

I grew up in Belfast, and I love taking every opportunity to explore my city. In my spare time I’m fond of running and venturing as far as I can (30,000 steps is an easy trek for myself). I can also be found hooked on the latest crime documentary that Netflix has to offer! 

Graduating from university in Leeds in 2019, I returned straight back home to Belfast to get my head down and focus. After working within the property sales and rental market for some time, I decided to direct my attention towards the IT market of Ireland, with my interest now being focused on the C# .Net & Node.js markets in Ireland.

I enjoy recruitment because of the competitive and fast-paced nature of the job. Working with ambitious businesses and candidates is something that encourages me to work harder.

When I’m not in the office, my passions are sports, family and my dogs. I’m a strong Ulster and Ireland rugby supporter, occasionally playing myself, but more importantly enjoying the social aspect that it brings.

I graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a degree in English and French before undertaking a post graduate certificate in teaching. I became an English teacher before quickly changing direction to become an employment consultant, focusing on mentoring people into work and providing training on CV and interview techniques. 

It is my caring attitude, coupled with my strong passion for helping people secure their ideal job, that led me to explore the world of recruitment-an industry in which I have greatly developed my knowledge over the last couple of years. I thrive on the fast-paced nature of the job and value taking extra time to build relationships with both candidates and clients.

After graduating from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Business Management in 2021, I decided to pursue a career within the recruitment industry. Due to its fast-paced nature, I am able to constantly challenge myself and achieve my goals.

After working for a number of years in the motor-trade industry, learning and developing my craft, I decided to take a change of direction and look into a career in Recruitment. While working in a sales-driven environment, I enjoyed the personal approach taken to improve customer satisfaction. I have always enjoyed a fast-paced work environment, somewhere I can continue to build, maintain and establish new client relationships. I enjoyed my time as a Sales Executive, however, I am excited to progress my career further with Reperio.

In my spare time, I have a keen interest in a number of sports (mostly football), and I am always looking to see what other sports I can get involved with. However, most of my spare time is spent chasing my very energetic son.

After studying for a degree in Law with International Business at Northumbria University,  I took some time out to travel in Australia. After picking up some sales experience and soaking up the sun for nearly 2 years, I returned home. I am keen to work in recruitment as I love a fast-paced environment. I am a competitive individual, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

On the weekends, you can catch me watching any sort of sport, or STRUGGLING to play golf...Both of which is normally followed by a few beers with friends!

I graduated with a degree in Law, Politics and Philosophy from King’s College London in 2021. Throughout University, and over summers, I worked in several roles in sales and real estate. I am naturally competitive, enjoy a fast-paced environment and I am not afraid of hard work. With this in mind, I decided that recruitment was the career that suited me best and researched which companies in Ireland were growing the fastest and gave me the best opportunity to succeed. Reperio stood out, and I joined in November of the same year.

I played a lot of football growing up and watch a lot of it now. I’m a Man United fan, so I’m used to getting stick from just about anybody who isn’t! I also am a big movie buff and enjoy films from all eras, I similarly have an eclectic music taste, so a lot of my down time involves watching movies and going to gigs with my friends – plus, I’m always searching for the pub with the perfect playlist!

With over ten years' experience in finance, I have worked across many different industries and bring with me a vast knowledge on the inner workings of a strong finance team. I have a keen interest in credit control and I'm excited to be taking on my new role here at Reperio as Group Credit Controller.
In my free time you can find me at the local park with my dog Ollie or at the local bar with friends!

From working in hospitality for many years to making a jump into finance when I left school, I felt that I needed something more. When I found Reperio, I instantly knew that the interaction with different people and the competitive drive was something that I had been searching for.

My favourite aspect of IT Recruitment is creating relationships with both clients and candidates. I’m dedicated to regularly refreshing and updating my knowledge on the market to ensure that I am aware of upcoming trends.

After years of working in Telecommunications sales, I decided to pursue a career in Recruitment at Reperio. Using the skills I have gained through experience, I am now focused on the CRM market in Ireland. 

I mainly chose to work in Recruitment because I love being able to help better peoples’ lives. I also enjoy working within a competitive environment and I’m always wanting to learn more. 

Outside of work I (occasionally) enjoy watching Manchester United matches, travelling to Old Trafford when I can. I’m a huge fan of MMA and enjoy going to concerts.

Having graduated from Queens with an Early Years Foundation degree, I decided to move to Australia to gain more life experience. I worked as an Early Years teacher and centre manager for five years. Within my role, I had experience interviewing educators and training staff. Through this I realised my passion for placing candidates into roles best suited to them. Alongside my career, I continued to study Business Administration and Management during my time in Australia. Helping me to gain great organisation skills and a business mindset.   

After returning to Belfast I was ready to take on a new adventure. I worked as a Recruitment Administrator before progressing my position within Reperio. I was drawn to the fast paced, exciting atmosphere at Reperio and look forward to establishing great relationships with candidates and clients.

After spending years in the motor trade, it was time for a change. I love interacting with people and learning new things, so I turned my attention to recruiting which seemed like a natural transition for me. I have a passion for helping people and I am very caring, so the idea of helping people find their ideal role was very exciting. After finishing my degree in Business Studies at Ulster University, I was ready to take on full time employment. My previous experience in the retail sector as a supervisor means that I have a broad overview into different operations like training, helping with recruitment and sales. From experience, it led to searching for roles in the recruitment industry. I felt this would be perfect to suit my personality and would allow me to thrive! 

Reperio really grabbed my attention from the beginning, it has an exciting fast paced, sociable, and friendly environment which really drew me in. I was overjoyed to accept the role as a recruitment consultant, everyone has been so welcoming, and I look forward to building relationships with candidates and clients.

In 2017, I graduated with BA (hons) in History with International Development. Then in 2021, I decided to go back to university to complete a masters in International Relations, focusing on conflict intervention, peace and security. While studying, I worked full time in the healthcare sector (both NHS and private). After six years in healthcare, I decided I would like to try something completely new and challenge myself at Reperio! This is the perfect opportunity as recruitment is a whole new field for me.  

In my downtime, I love to socialise with my family and friends, play Nintendo and watch whatever is new on Netflix!

After graduating from Ulster University with a degree in Accounting With Taxation and coming from a family of Entrepeneurs, I was motivated to make my own mark on the professional world. From previous experience, I have a passion for sales and thrive in a competitive environment. I am grateful to join Reperio, where I can highlight my skills and fulfil my career aspirations.

Before working in Reperio, I spent 5 years working as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry. From working in a face-to-face role, I developed fantastic relationship building skills with clients, making sure I really understand what they need. I decided to take a step in my career towards recruitment as this will let me place the right candidate in the right job. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working in the automotive industry, but I am really excited to progress in my role at Reperio Human Capital!

After graduating from King's College with a BSc (Hons) in Geography, I decided to spend a year exploring Australia and South-East Asia, igniting my passion for travel and adventure.  I returned to Belfast to complete my Masters in Finance at Queen's University, before heading to London where I worked as a credit analyst in Leveraged Finance. It was a fascinating time to work in the City as I got to experience the rapid rise to the peak and the subsequent crash, learning how the banks had to change tact and dynamic quickly to adjust to the market and global demands. When our family came along, we decided to relocate back to Belfast and focus on raising them.   

Outside of work, you'll find me in the gym trying to smash my latest PB, supporting my family, walking the dogs or planning my next adventure.

After completing a Masters in English at Ulster University, I spent two years working in telecommunications, first as a sales advisor for a mobile network and later for a transport company. These roles gave me invaluable experience, however I found myself wanting a more competitive and fulfilling work environment. The opportunity of Trainee Recruitment Consultant offers this in spades, as well as the benefit of Reperio's professional standards and great culture! 

To be successful in this industry, you have to be resilient, driven and focused, all of which are qualities I have developed in my work and personal life so far - and hope to build on! Outside of work, I play rugby for a local club (when I have to), go out in Belfast and a bit of gaming if I have time to spare!

Since graduating from University of Ulster with a 2.1 in Marketing, I set my sights on a career I wanted to pursue.

I have previously worked as a Sales Development Rep at MRP, which gave me a real insight into working with people. I realised this type of job is a great fit for me because I have a sociable personality and competitive nature. I go above and beyond to produce results for candidates and clients to ensure they are extremely happy. Being a Recruiter at Reperio is brilliant due to the responsibility you have within your own niche market, what you make of it is up to you! Speaking of niche markets, I am the specialist contractor for the Java market in Ireland.

Outside of work, my main focus is Football. I play for Ballyclare Comrades in the Northern Irish Championship. I have played football since no age and I love the social aspect as well as the competitiveness.

Having graduated from the University of South Florida with a Degree in Marketing, I have been a Tampa local since 2015. During my time here, I worked in the hospitality industry directly after college before transitioning to become a technical recruiter in the cyber security space. From years of experience, I have learned how to connect with people both personally and professionally. I am happy to be able to use these skills in conjunction on a daily basis as I join Reperio Human Capital as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending my time outdoors, socializing with friends, and attending anything in the music scene. The way I look at life, the more travel plans I have - the better!

Prior to joining Reperio, I obtained a degree in Economics with Business from Ulster University. My experience includes a placement year at FinTrU, working within the financial crime unit and experience as a Protection Advisor within the Life Insurance industry. 

Since then, I have decided to pursue a career within the recruitment industry. I love working with people and I’m quite a competitive person which reinforced my decision to join Reperio. My attention is now directed towards the Data Science and Business Intelligence market. I’m incredibly fortunate to be able to improve the circumstances of both people and businesses though catering to their needs.  

I like trying new things and I am currently trying to pick up golf, which has been a struggle! Growing up, I played a bit of Rugby so I try to fit it in as much as I can. Outside of Sport, I enjoy socialising with my mates and spending time with my family!

I am a driven individual with a Degree in Human Resource Management & Marketing with over 6 years' experience in recruitment and further 8 years' experience in sales/customer service. 

Having spent most of my career within healthcare and temporary recruitment, I joined Reperio due to their excellent reputation and the opportunity to be able to work in a niche market, learning about QA and Testing recruitment and utilising my existing skill set.

Due to my love of helping others as well as having a strong competitive nature, I enjoy all aspects of recruitment, from helping candidates to find their ideal job to assisting clients with finding the perfect fit for their role.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing netball, spending time with my two dogs and volunteering for a charity that supports terminally ill and elderly people and their pets called Rosies Trust. To wind down after a busy day in the office, I also recently took up sea swimming which I have slowly grown to love!

Outside of work, I have a massive interest in sports, being tall means I’m naturally drawn to basketball (shocker). I’m also a huge Liverpool fan and travel to Anfield a few times throughout the year.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Minor in Business Administration, I worked full time as a Customer Service and Sales Manager in the automotive industry. As a Tampa Native, I wanted to move back to my hometown after living in Orlando for the past 7 years and that’s when I heard about the opportunity at Reperio.
